3 Days safari to Nyerere National park

Nyerere National Park was established to be a park in 2019. It covers the area of 30,000 square kilometers which makes it the largest Park in Tanzania. The name is to honor Dr. Julius Kambarage Nyerere the first president. Formerly known as Selous Game Reserve was a designated UNESCO World Heritage due to its wildlife diversity and undisturbed ecological and biological processes, including its predator and prey relationship. Airport transfers are inclusive in the price.
You will be picked up at your hotel in Dar Es Salaam at around 0700hrs on 4x4 safari vehicle drive to Nyerere National Park, newly established park formerly the Selous Game Reserve. Late lunch will be served at Rufiji River Camp located at the banks of great Rufiji River, after lunch at leisure, afterward, set off for a boat cruise along the river looking at hippos and crocodiles which enjoying the sunset Dinner and overnight at Rufiji River Camp, or other camp of your choise.
After breakfast set off for a full day game drive in a 4x4 safari vehicle with open-hatched roof ideal for game viewing and taking excellent photos. You be accompanied with a professional English speaking driver/ guide exploring the bush Waterbuck, southern reedbuck and bushbuck are common. Rare sable antelope, lion and greater kudu, among others who frequent the area. Your lunch will be served by your driver/ guide at a carefully selected ideal location with a clear view where you have an opportunity to watch animals coming to drink at the water source. Late evening return to the Camp for sunset viewing with dinner and overnight at Rufiji River Camp.
This morning, you will wake up very early for a walking safari with an armed ranger. You will walk through the bush and alongside the riverbank to learn about the environment before returning to the camp for breakfast, afterward, drive to Dar Es Salaam. You be dropped off at your residence or the hotel.
